I have always had a passion for cooking so I decided to bring you into my kitchen and show you how to make some of my homemade Italian recipes. We prepare happiness in the form of good food. All the recipes can easily be made at home and are family-friendly and include step-by-step instructions on our Youtube page along with a downloadable recipe guide. You will fall in love at first bite!

I rely on the best and freshest ingredients. I shop select markets for the freshest seafood, prime or better cut meats and the best ingredients available, even if it means having items shipped from Italy. While many cooking shows rely exclusively on the food, my show and your experience in watching is more about the love and joy that goes into the dish and sharing it with family and friends. You will see in every episode, the absolute joy on my face when I’m cooking for those I love. It’s THIS I hope, more than anything else, you take from watching my episodes.

The Best Approach & Presentation

My presentation and approach, while built on years of cooking (and obviously, a lot of eating) is fairly simple and basic and very easy to follow. I share with you my love of food and flavor and most of all, cooking for family and friends. I’ll share my favorite shopping sites and markets. I’ll share my knowledge of where to buy the best cooking tools, pots and pans and explain why I think they are best. I am able to adapt to any kitchen and any heat source, whether it be gas, electric or induction if you hire me to cook in your home. I’ve been in the hospitality industry and wine industry for my entire working life so food and wine service is something you can count on from me. And most important, you’ll see how much I LOVE cooking for you!

We don’t have any critique of your dinner. Everything was great. I can tell you the positive surprises: How user friendly you are! How much better tasting the food was than we expected. It was magnificent in flavor and texture. The time line was very relaxed – no rushing, tension, urgency yet the food came out at temp on time and delicious. The demonstration on Gnocchi was great as well. All in all an excellent experience and one we will likely repeat one day.
